It’s no secret that HGR players are highly sought-after by college athletic recruiters. In fact, within the last few weeks we announced that Annabelle Harrington, class of 2019, has committed to Saint Anselm College, Ali Bergin committed to furthering her lacrosse career at Roger Williams, Amanda Williams will be bringing her skills to Connecticut College. These are just the tip of the iceberg for HGR alumni who will be moving ahead to college lacrosse. CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ALL!

The college recruitment process can be very daunting. New NCAA D-I rules prohibit college coaches from contacting their prospects until September first of their junior year of high school, but you can still be proactive. HGR players can request our Guide to Getting Recruited by signing up on our home page, www.hgrlacrosse.com. In addition, keep an eye out for our Program Nights where parents and players get an introduction to the process, and in-person recruitment navigation advice. Parents are also encouraged to set up one-on-one meetings with our staff to be as prepared as possible for the upcoming college lacrosse years.
