Registration is open for HGR’s latest session of Trash Can Ball! This time, it’s 7 weeks of fun running from February 3rd to March 7th. We are even holding games during vacations!
Here’s a look at how trash can ball works:

Trash Can lacrosse is an excellent way for our future champions to learn stick skills, defense skills, and team play, and develop communication savvy, all without stick checks or body checks. We play strictly 3 on 3, but no scores are kept, keeping our games non-threatening and fun-focused.
